- Sales Report
- All the sales made within a selected date range.
- You can track how much you’ve sold each day, week, or month — and identify your peak business periods.
- Purchase Report
- A detailed list of all items you bought (stocked) from suppliers within a selected period.
- Helps you track inventory costs and restocking frequency.
- Profit & Loss
- How much profit (or loss) you’ve made during a selected time frame.
- It compares your income vs. expenses, helping you know if you’re growing or losing money.
- Stock Report
- Details of all your current stock, how much you have, and its value.
- Know what’s available, what’s about to run out, and the total value of all stock in your shop.
- Expired Products Report
- Products that are expired or are close to expiring (e.g. in 7, 15, or 30 days).
- Helps you clear stock that’s about to expire, or take quick action before losses.
- Income Report
- All income entries you’ve recorded (beyond just sales), such as extra services or side earnings.
- Tracks any extra money coming into your business.
- Expenses Reports
- All expenses made (e.g. rent, salaries, transport) along with the total cost.
